Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery time within Spain is 3–5 business days.

We are pleased to offer international shipping upon request. If you’re located outside Spain, please contact us directly at contact@sartorialbybea.com with the title of the artwork you’re interested in and your shipping address.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork has been shipped.

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees once the package reaches the destination country.

Sartorial by Bea is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

Sartorial by Bea cannot be held responsible if the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or if the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence.

In such cases, the customer will be required to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
