1.Products:

Sartorial by Bea offers two types of artworks:

a) Original hand-painted pieces that are one-of-a-kind and created without personalization (non-commissioned)

b) Custom commissions, tailored to the client’s specific request.

Each artwork is painted by hand using traditional gouache techniques, which means minor variations in color, texture, and detail are natural and contribute to the authenticity and individuality of each piece.

Colors may also vary slightly depending on the screen settings of your device.

2.Pricing:

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Sartorial by Bea reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, once a purchase is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that transaction.

3.Payments:

We currently accept bank transfers as our primary method of payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the relevant bank details and payment instructions.

Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.

For commissions, payment options are as follows:

• 100% upfront payment

  or

• 60% upon confirmation of the order and 40% before the final delivery.

Work on a commissioned piece begins only after the initial payment is confirmed.

4.Intellectual Property:

All content and artworks displayed on this website — including but not limited to images, text, design, and original paintings — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sartorial by Bea and protected under international copyright laws.

The purchase of an artwork does not grant the buyer rights to:

• Reproduce the image in any form

• Sell copies

• Use it for commercial purposes

If you are interested in licensing or using an image for editorial, promotional, or business use, please contact us directly for permission.

5.Returns & Cancellations:

▸ Original (Non-Custom) Artworks

Due to the unique and delicate nature of each original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original, non-commissioned artworks unless the item arrives damaged and is proven with clear documentation.

▸ Commissions (Custom Orders)

Commissioned artworks are custom-made according to client specifications and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a commission has started, cancellation is not possible. Minor adjustments may be requested:

• Color adjustments: only during the early color planning stage.

• Detail refinements: can be requested once the artwork is approximately 80% complete.

Final approval will be requested before delivery. No modifications can be made after this stage.

If the client fails to pay the final 40% within the agreed timeframe, Sartorial by Bea reserves the right to withhold the delivery and retain the initial deposit as compensation for time and materials invested.

6.Acceptance of Terms:

By completing a purchase or commissioning a piece, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
